The Tennessee vs. Alabama College Football odds were at Crimson Tide -14 ½ at Hollywood Sports Book and just about everywhere else for that matter.  Approximately 60 percent of the betting action was on Alabama.  The line opened at -16 ½, so this one has dropped significantly.

Scout.com had this to offer about Tennessee vs. Alabama College:

The quarterbacks are likely to struggle in Bryant-Denny Stadium on Saturday. McElroy has regressed in recent weeks, and playing against Monte Kiffin's defense won't be the remedy. Crompton has shown signs of improvement recently but against mediocre competition at best. Look for McClain & Co. to make Crompton's trip to Tuscaloosa a nightmarish event, and for Alabama to be in control for four quarters even though the Crimson Tide might not pull away until late. It should also be noted that there's no love lost between Saban and Lane Kiffin. It won't get as much media hype as the Kiffin-Urban Meyer feud, but Saban was less than thrilled when Kiffin raided his coaching staff and hired away one of his top recruiters, Lance Thompson. Alabama lacks the offensive firepower to put up a big number on Tennessee, but don't look for Saban to call off the dogs if the Tide have a lead late in the fourth quarter.

Alabama has won the last two in this series while the home team has won 4 of the last 5 with the exception of the last game.  Alabama has won by more than the current spread over the past two games.  Expect the same here.

Some important Tennessee vs. Alabama College Football odds trends to consider before betting this game:

The Volunteers are 6-0 ATS in their last 6 games as a road underdog of 10.5 or greater.

The Volunteers are 2-5-1 ATS in their last 8 games following a ATS win.

The Volunteers are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games following a SU win of more than 20 points.

The Crimson Tide are 7-2 ATS in their last 9 conference games.

The Crimson Tide are 9-3 ATS in their last 12 games after allowing less than 20 points in their previous game.

The Crimson Tide are 6-2 ATS in their last 8 games after accumulating less than 170 yards passing in their previous game.

The Crimson Tide are 6-2 ATS in their last 8 games as a favorite of 10.5 or greater.

Gambling911.com see no reason why Alabama cannot win this one by -14 ½ points.  Bet it now at Hollywood Sportsbook.  Make sure to claim your free cash bonus when opening an online betting account.
