In addition to the Crimson Tide -3 ½ spread being offered up by Sportsbetting.com.  That online bookmaker is also offering tons of Texas vs. Alabama BCS Title Game prop bets.

BCS Title Game props included:

First team to score, what the first score would be (touchdown or field goal), first score for each team, total points in the first and second halfs for each team, whether there is a score in the first 5 ½ minutes of the BCS title game, which half will have more points scored and if the final score will be an even or odd number.

Some of these Texas vs. Alabama prop bets promise a decent size payout as well.

For example, Will a special teams or defensive TD be scored pays nearly 2/1First score of the game being a field goal would pay out $14.50 for every $10.00 bet.

There were also a whole host of prop betting opportunities on individual players (Who will throw the first touchdown pass, etc..).

Gambling911.com's personal favorite prop type bet is the Margin of Victory.  The payouts are quite good and a study of historic stats could be resourceful in determining the best number.

A Texas blowout of 43 points or more pays out $12,500 on a $100 bet.  But even smaller margins of victories would pay out nicely with the 2010 BCS Title Game.  A Texas win by 7 to 12 points pays out $600 for every $100 bet.  Alabama by 7 to 12 points pays out a sweet $19 for every $5 bet.

Additional Margin of Victory Odds appear below:

a-Texas to win by 1-6 points 3/1
