Texas vs. Oklahoma State College Football Odds were listed at Texas -9 ½ as of Friday afternoon at SBG Global.  The line on this game opened up at -9.  Betting action on this game was relatively even.  Showtime is Saturday, 8:00 pm Eastern - ABC or ESPN 2

First place in the Big 12 South will be on the college football betting line Saturday evening in Stillwater as #14 Oklahoma State hosts #3 Texas. The Longhorns have won 11 straight over the Cowboys in this series and they are favored to make it 12 in a row on Saturday.

Texas hasn't lost to Oklahoma State since 1997. They lead the all-time series 21-2.  Oklahoma State believes they have a chance this year to end the losing streak. "I haven't beat them since I've been here, same for the guys in there," quarterback Zac Robinson said. "It's a little extra motivation obviously with what's on the line and both teams playing well right now. Having them at our place will be a lot of fun."

For the Cowboys to win they will have to play defense and stop Texas quarterback Colt McCoy.  That doesn't seem likely considering McCoy has won all three of his starts against the Cowboys in the past completing 79.4 percent of his passes for 1,019 yards. Last season McCoy threw for 391 yards as Texas won at home 28-24. The difference last year was the Texas defense and it could be that way again this time since the Texas defense is ranked 2nd in the country. "They're very athletic. They can run and they are physical," Cowboys coach Mike Gundy said, "They've been that way for a number of years and I think they're very well-coached." Oklahoma State will have to win without star wide receiver Dez Bryant who will miss the rest of the season due to a suspension.

Here are the college football betting stats for Saturday's game. The Longhorns are 6-2 ATS in their last 8 road games. The Longhorns are 2-5-1 ATS in their last 8 games as a favorite. The Longhorns are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 meetings at Oklahoma State.

The Cowboys are 9-1-1 ATS in their last 11 games in October. The Cowboys are 7-3-1 ATS in their last 11 conference games. The Cowboys are 2-6 ATS in their last 8 games as an underdog.

The Under is 6-0 in the Longhorns last 6 conference games. The Under is 5-1 in the Longhorns last 6 games overall. The Over is 16-7-1 in the Longhorns last 24 road games. The Over is 35-17 in the Cowboys last 52 home games.
