Thursday Night Football Vikings vs. Saints odds ranged from New Orleans -5 to Minnesota +6 depending on where you bet this game.

For Vikings fans, betED.com offered the line at +6.

Around 75 percent of the betting action was coming in on the Saints as of 5 pm EST Thursday evening.

The Vikings come into a very loud Super Dome facing a team that won the Super Bowl for the first time ever.  Minnesota played poorly on the road down the stretch last season.

"It's like the Super Bowl all over again," Saints running back Reggie Bush said of this Thursday Night football game.

Gambling911.com has already noted a few aspects of this game that favor the Vikings, most notably that comfortable 5 point line.  In this series, the Saints have only beaten Minnesota once out of the last ten games by more than the current spread.  Likewise, the oddsmakers are showing no inclination that they fear heavy money coming on the Saints.  betED.com is looking to even things out a bit.

The Associated Press points out that Minnesota outperformed the Saints in numerous statistical categories when they met in last season's NFC championship game and might have won if not for five turnovers.

The Vikings outgained the Saints 165 yards to 68 on the ground and 310 yards to 189 in the air. In the end, Minnesota was done in by three lost fumbles and two interceptions, the last by Saints cornerback Tracy Porter when the Vikings were threatening to take a late-game lead.

"They took us to the brink of destruction," Saints safety Roman Harper recalled. "If it wasn't for another Tracy Porter pick, who knows where we would be. ... It was a great game last year and should be a great game this year."
