The focus when considering the top NFL Fantasy picks for Week 16 should be on those teams vying for a spot in the Playoffs with the theory being that key players will want to give it that extra push to advance whereas teams already out of the Playoffs picture may begin testing out other roster options while reducing playing time of certain individuals.

Drew Brees is one such individual with some value when it comes to the $9100 price tag.  Brees and the New Orleans Saints desperately need a win over Atlanta in order to advance into the post season.  The Falcons finish dead last when it comes to pass defense this season.

The Saints Kenny Stills comes with a modest $6100 price tag.  Facing the league's softest secondary to opposing wideouts since Week 10 (league-high 226.5 yards allowed per game by Atlanta to opposing wideouts in that span) Stills could enjoy an explosive performance Sunday.

New England’s Rob Gronkowski is another top Week 16 play priced at $7600.  The Jets have given up the 6th most Fantasy points to tight ends this season.

Detroit’s Lamar Miller is another top Fantasy play for this week.  Priced at $6300, he’ll face a Vikings team that ranks 23rd in rush defense.
