The Washington Redskins odds to win the 2012 NFC East were listed at 10/1 at Bookmaker.eu.  25 percent of those betting on the NFC East division winner were backing the Skins.  Oddsmakers have Washington a favorite to win UNDER 6.5 regular season games, and they seem pretty confident, as the line was coming in at -135.  Bookmaker.eu was offering up to $500 in FREE BETS for qualified new customers.  Learn more here

Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback Robert Griffin III out of Baylor takes the reigns here, making the Redskins a pretty good value pick at 10/1 odds.  In addition to Griffin III, the entire defensive front seven from last season, the Skins strong point, returns along with an upgraded receiving corp.  Keep in mind that six of Washington’s losses last year were by a mere one possession.  This tells us the OVER 6.5 regular season wins has tremendous value paying slightly better than EVEN odds.

Last season’s squad swept the eventual Super Bowl champion Giants.

Gambling911.com believes the 10/1 odds on Washington winning the 2012 NFC East is too good a price to pass up when one considers this division should be especially competitive.  The OVER 6.5 really stands out here though
