Washington Redskins vs. Dallas Cowboys odds opened at Dallas -10 ½ with the line only moving up a half point at some online sportsbooks.  Oddly enough 70 percent of the backing was on Washington at +10 ½ and even more people (75 percent) liked the Skins to win outright on the +425 money line that would pay out $425 for every $100 bet at Sports Interaction.  They also had the line at +11 for Washington.

The stats that really stand out for us here at Gambling911.com is that Washington is 0-3-1 ATS in their last 4 games following a ATS win while the Cowboys are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games following a ATS loss.

Still, these stats may not be so compelling when one considers that these two teams have split the series over the last 10, but more so, Washington has failed to cover the current spread only once over this 10 game period.

Washington surprised Denver last week at home with a win.

Washington scored 13 unanswered points in the fourth quarter to snap a four-game losing streak last week.  The Redskins' 27 points were their highest point total since scoring 29 in Week 2 of 2008.

Last week, Tony Romo threw a touchdown and an interception after tossing just one interception over his previous four games combined.  The Cowboys are limited to seven points after averaging over 30 in the previous four games.  The loss snapped a four-game win streak for the Cowboys, while the Packers avoided a three-game losing streak.

Some other important Washington Redskins vs. Dallas Cowboys odds trends to consider before betting on this game include:

The Redskins are 3-11-3 ATS in their last 17 games overall.

The Redskins are 2-6 ATS vs. a team with a winning record.

The Redskins are 1-5-2 ATS in their last 8 vs. NFC.

The Redskins are 1-6 ATS in their last 7 games on fieldturf.

The Cowboys are 7-2 ATS in their last 9 home games.

The Cowboys are 7-2 ATS in their last 9 games as a home favorite.

The Cowboys are 20-6-2 ATS in their last 28 home games vs. a team with a losing road record.

They are, however, only 3-9 ATS in their last 12 vs. NFC East.
