The West Virginia vs. Clemson line was coming in at -3 in favor of Clemson.  80 percent of those betting the spread were backing Clemson. 

ESPN.com noted:  Clemson dominated Virginia Tech twice this season, including in the ACC championship game, and will make its first appearance in the Orange Bowl since 1981. West Virginia ended the regular season on a three-game winning streak but needed help from Cincinnati to clinch the Big East's BCS bid.
