Gambling911.com is receiving reports that another Daily Fantasy Sports site, Swagger Stadium, is having difficulty paying customers while support is nonexistent.

G911 and sister site DFS911.com has previously reported on the closure of SideLeague.com and the slow pay issues at Draftster.com.

As one can clearly see from the email received below from an affected customer, these types of issues can prove quite detrimental to the Daily Fantasy Sports sector.

“There is truly a need for sites like DFS911.com that monitor the industry, potential complaints and the lack of funding behind said sites,” notes Payton O’Brien, Senior Editor of the Gambling911.com website.

This is the email received from a disgruntled customer:

Tom-

Is SwaggerStadium still operating? Are they refunding their customers accounts? Is there a story here?

About 5 months ago, you did a feature interview on SwaggerStadium.com ( link here).

Well, I liked what I read and made a deposit and have played several times with modest success. But now they have gone silent- no games offered and no comments.  Although they did post to their Twitter account earlier this week. I have tried to do a withdrawal but I don't think they are processing any withdrawals.  It looks bad and is not good for the DFS industry. And it does not look good for those associated with Swagger Stadium.

Maybe you have some insights.  Maybe you can find out what's going on.  Certainly SS does not want to mess with an industry site like yours.

Please look into this- there may be a story.

Thanks.

Paul
