The Bodog brand is set to launch a range of new products under the Bodog Zone moniker offering high-speed versions of the most popular online games including Baccarat and poker. In Asia, Baccarat is by far the biggest game played both on and offline but with complicated calculations between hands can be frustratingly slow.

Bodog’s new super-fast Baccarat has recently gone live in Asia via the Bodog brand’s Live Dealer casino. Zone Poker will launch later this year.

The new Baccarat game allows those customers who prefer to choose their bet without using previous hand-history a quicker route to play with a reduced waiting time of 10 seconds between hands.

Jonas Odman, Product Director for Bodog Asia, explains: “Bodog’s Zone Baccarat already accounts for 25% of revenue on the game and this will certainly rise as our marketing campaign is unveiled shortly. It is common in Asia for players to have a pre-planned strategy for Baccarat so the need to study previous hands is unnecessary and simply holds up the game. Zone Baccarat also offers us a unique product to offer as part of the B2B suite”

In poker, faster versions of the game are not new but this casual-player friendly version of the game would appear to sit best within Bodog’s unique Recreational Poker Model. As the Bodog Network grows the addition of Zone Poker is expected to see the upward curve continue. The launch will be coupled with addition of two new companies to the expanding network.
