With Auburn the most wagered on side in this weekend’s College Football slate, bookies were slamming their heads against the wall following an unprecedented 4th quarter come-from-behind 20 points scored by the Georgia Bulldogs that resulted in a one-point lead for Georgia.  Bookies were beginning to celebrate.

80 percent of those betting this game were backing the Tigers and in the final minutes it looked as if they were about to make out big on a game that appeared way out of reach until Aaron Murray orchestrated the amazing comeback, throwing for two touchdowns and running for another to give Georgia a 38-37 lead.

Auburn had been a 3-point favorite coming into this game and now Georgia looked to be on their way to an outright win.

But facing a fourth-and-18 with less than a minutes left at it's own 27-yard line, a miracle happened (and not one that benefitted the bookies).

Tigers quarterback Nick Marshall threw a Hail Mary pass that bounced off the hands of Georgia defensive backs and into the hands of Auburn's Ricardo Louis for the 73-yard touchdown.

Can you say "WOW"!

More than a few bookmakers were seen throwing up this evening.
