Gambling911.com recently visited the Bookmaker.eu offices and its expansive state-of-the-art live in-play betting department (pictured), which may very well put even the European sportsbooks to shame.

CEO Mickey Richardson insists there is nothing like it and the company, which is about to celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2016, now has around half of its customer base playing taking advantage of the live platform.

While sparsley staffed during our off-hours visit, typically the live in-play department will be filled during crucial game times.

“I truly believe we have the best platform out there,” said Richardson, who also tells Gambling911.com he feels this could be one of the best football seasons on record in terms of player volume.

Record numbers were already observed during this summer’s FIFA World Cup.

“It was like the Super Bowl,” Richardson said, admitting they were not expecting the type of action that came through their doors.  “I think the success has a lot to do with the World Cup being on the same time zone as much of North America.”

Richardson admitted that the 2010 World Cup in South Africa failed to yield similar results.

Bookmaker offered live in-play wagering on all of the World Cup games.

In addition to most football matchups, Richardson disclosed to Gambling911.com that Bookmaker should be offering live betting on all NHL hockey games.

“We had great success offering the live in-play on the NHL Playoffs,” he tells us.
