Can’t Open a Betting Account at TVG, TwinSpires From Wisconsin, Missouri, More

If you live in Wisconsin, New Jersey, Texas, Missouri and a whole host of other states, you are prohibited from opening an online betting account at TVG and TwinSpires.com.  There are great alternatives that include Jazz Sports , which offers a welcome bonus up to $1000 and 10% rebate.  18 and up.  Jazz Sports will never report your winnings.

“We have been getting inquiries throughout the day here at Gambling911.com from these states and it is unfortunate but there are still plenty of other options out there, including Jazz Sports” noted G911 Senior Editor Payton O’Brien during the hours leading up to this year's Kentucky Derby.

Jazz Sports offers daily horse betting on all major US tracks.  Most of the online racebooks located outside of the US offer better odds and promotions including 7 to 9 percent losses back.

TVG Prohibited states include the following:

Residents of the following states are NOT eligible for a TVG account due to state regulations:
Alabama, Alaska, Georgia, Hawaii, Kansas, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin and the District of Columbia.

TVG Age Restrictions:
You must be 21 years or older to open a TVG account in the following states: Arizona, Indiana, Iowa, North Dakota, and Washington. In all other eligible states you must be at least 18 to open an account.

At this time TVG accounts cannot be offered to Canadian or other non-US residents. You must be a permanent resident of a legal wagering state in order to open an account with TVG. We hope to expand and offer our services to more customers in the future.
