The success of Carolina, Arizona, New England and Denver this NFL season might on the surface seem like a painful experience for local bookies who serve each of these teams fan bases.   With the exception of the Carolina region, this was not always the case.

The total fan base for all four teams reaches some 20 million plus people.   While all four of these teams have reached the Conference Playoffs with only a handful of losses apiece Straight Up, three of the teams have records hovering around the .500 mark Against The Spread.

Carolina area bookies have endured some of the worst suffering this season with the Panthers enjoying a 12-5 record Against The Spread.

Arizona bookies have fared much better with the Cardinals going 9-8 ATS.

The Patriots, meanwhile, come into Sunday with an 8-7 ATS record while the Broncos were at 8-8.

Offshore Pay Per Head operations can reduce the pain by offering loss leaders and profit boosters like the popular and impulsive live in-play wagering as well as online casino games that locals simply do not have the ability to offer on their own.
