Casino Tour Bus Crashes in San Diego County: 8 Injured

SAN DIEGO — (Associated Press) - For the third time in less than a month, a tour bus heading to a Southern California casino has crashed.

The California Highway Patrol says eight people were hurt, including the driver, when a bus veered off the road and through a fence Thursday morning near Valley Center in San Diego County.

The worst injury was a suspected broken leg.

The bus was heading to Harrah's Rincon Hotel and Casino in Valley Center.

Ten people were hurt earlier this month when a bus run heading to another San Diego County casino went off the road in Riverside County.

And 52 people were hurt on Aug. 2 when a bus heading to a desert casino sideswiped a car and overturned along a freeway east of Los Angeles.
