Foxwoods Inks Deal With GameAccount

Foxwoods parent company, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation, has inked a partnership deal with GameAccount Network as a means of pursuing legalized online gambling in the US.

Initially, the site will offer play-for-fun Web gambling. Other operators could ultimately join the Foxwoods network.

 “In 2013, Foxwoods.com will launch a compelling virtual Internet gaming offering, future-proofed with an automatic upgrade path for real-money Internet gaming should regulation permit,” the releases states.

“Our shared vision unites GameAccount’s technical capabilities with our Foxwoods brand and our leadership in casino management,” tribal Chairman Rodney Butler said in the announcement.
