Jenny Woo Baby Rescued From Gulf Breeze Florida Flooding by Kayak

The two-year-old baby girl of Gambling911.com intrepid reporter Jenny Woo became a national sensation Wednesday after film crews from Good Morning America and WeatherNation captured little Lily being rescued from her flooded Gulf Breeze, Florida living room by way of a kayak.

Gulf Breeze and other Florida Panhandle towns were devastated by up to two feet of rain that fell in under 24 hours.

Baby Lily’s dad happened to have a kayak out back and was able to get her to an area that was not flooded.

Lily’s father revealed in Facebook: “She definitely thought it was a little weird that all that water was in the house. When we made our run for it lighting was popping everywhere and thunder was so loud and the rain was so thick you couldn't see.  She just sat calmly in her kayak under the rain jacket. She will be good under pressure when she grows up.”

Just like her mom, who we are happy to report was not in the home at the time of the flooding.

“She's been doing good today but definitely needed some cuddle time w mommy,” Jenny said.

Ms. Woo was appreciative to all her many well wishers from the gambling industry and Gambling911.com readers.  Woo throughout the years has been known for discussing her Pensacola upbringing and many G911 readers were aware she had moved back there three years ago.
