Rumors are now circulating that Merge Poker Network has fully settled with PIC Club Poker, an online poker payment platform, following a heated dispute over the past  month.  The problem:  While PIC Club Poker has been fast to condemn Merge, Gambling911.com has had to be notified by outside parties of this reported settlement.

Gambling911.com has remained fair and balanced throughout this ordeal, pointing out the irregularities in having a company receive fees for deposits and withdrawals when an individual is going to deposit funds and pull them immediately from various Merge Poker Network rooms.

Merge severed ties with PIC Club after a noted "Whale" admitted, not only to doing what is described above but also charging back his credit card (a la his wife).  PIC Club claims that Merge owed them over $100K but was willing to settle for less.

PIC Club cannot just go into hiding now that they have apparently reached an agreement with Merge Poker.

Merge has been working with intermediaries in an attempt to get their side of the story out to Gambling911.com though it is inexcusable that at least one of their online poker rooms (Aced.com) has allowed its customers to get caught up in this dispute.  This goes beyond the usual business dispute we've been reporting on.

But if Merge is doing the right thing, this needs to be publicized.  Nothing makes us more infuriated than an individual or company attempting to use Gambling911.com as a podium for their own agenda without following through once a settlement is reached.

PIC Club owes it to those who have supported them to come clean and notify of these developments.  We already know that Merge has paid partially what was owed and we never received an "official" response from PIC Club Poker.

That, in our opinion, is disgraceful....especially when one considers that Merge does have some type of defense here.
