A lucky player at BetOnline hit the big one Tuesday, turning a $1000 5-team parlay bet into a whopping $81,906. That player's identity will remain private for security reasons.
Dave Mason of BetOnline broke the news Wednesday evening via Twitter.
All plays were Basketball with three college basketball and two NBA plays leading to the big win.
Each of the bets were money line wagers, meaning the wagered on team only had to win outright, some with more pricey odds. The player in question did have two underdogs in the NBA however.
BetOnline was expected to offer a few hundred betting props on the upcoming Super Bowl.
