BC.Game Payout Delays Could Be Devestating for UK Punters
The United Kingdom has been successful at driving away much of the regulated bookmaking market, leaving players to fend for themselves.
One option: BC.Game.
You've seen them on Leicester City shirts. And they offered what should have been lightning fast deposit and withdrawals via crypto.
Now there is a payout crisis looming and Gambling911.com is on top of it.
It may have seemed like a simple dispute or administrative error when a customer of that website appeared on the popular AskGamblers.com site noting withdrawal problems at BC.Game.
"BC.Game Casino - They stopped the possibility of withdrawal"
Maybe said gambler entered in some wrong information that did not coincide with his or her identification documents.
The complaint came in on November 7.
"I have not logged into my bcgame account for more than six months, on October 2 I logged in and found that I was paid more than $ 67,000 from the referral system.
"I withdrew first $ 100, then $5,000. But when I made a withdrawal of $ 15,000, they stopped the possibility of withdrawal and asked me to write to the support email. I wrote 2 letters to the mail that have not been answered to this day. Now there is $58,000 in the balance, which I still cannot withdraw.
"My account is fully verified and I have not violated any rules. Please solve the problem."
AskGamblers offered to assist and a rep from BC.Game even responded and offered to get the matter resolved.
Fast forward to November 26 and we're now learning that BC.Game could be experiencing financial strains, enough so that Curacao is threatening to yank its gaming license.
Streamers out of the UK appear to promote BC.Game more than just about anybody, except perhaps the Leicester City club.
Leicester, who signed BC.Game as their main sponsor in the summer on a two-year deal reported to be worth up to £30m, say the brand has promised to honour its contract.
“We have been and continue to be in regular discussions with BC.Game with regard to an active legal case in Curacao,” a club spokesman told City AM.
“BC.Game have provided the Club with the strongest assurances that they are actively appealing this case, and that the process which has been initiated in Curacao is administrative in nature and has not arisen due to any concerns with their financial standing.
”BC.Game have further assured us that they have no issues with liquidity and that they remain fully committed to meeting their ongoing contractual and financial obligations, including to the Club, and that this case will not impact on BC.Game’s continuing international operations.”

One nation of sports bettors doesn't have much to fear. That would be the United States. Despite specializing in presumably untracable crypto funding of wagering accounts, BC.Game prohibited those based in the U.S. from playing there.
