BetAmapola Dispute Resolved: Player Paid in Full

Gambling911.com is happy to announce that a payout dispute involving BetAmapola has now been fully resolved.

A player claimed to be owed thousands of dollars and was unable to receive further payments.

Gambling911.com was able to assist with an initial payment with no more forthcoming.

BetAmapola was initially quick to reach out and acknowledge that the customer in question had joined via a "rogue" employee who left the company with a customer list that included the affected individual.

There were other internal issues affecting this high stakes sports bettor as well.

The company advised those issues have mostly been resolved.

The company operates the oldest land-based casino on the Pacific Coast, Amapola Casino.

The downgrade has been lifted as a result and we are happy with the final result.

The player has advised us personally he has now been paid in full.

Gambling911.com is the most visible gambling news media site in the world.  Current and prospective customers seek out the site to understand the current climate including real customer reviews of companies posted monthly.

What a Downgrade Means

  • A gambling company must take immediate corrective measures and improve its communication process in order to have a downgrade.
  • A payment plan must be presented in regard to an impacted player or players.
