Sausage Making: BetCRIS First Super Bowl as Part of the U.S. Regulated Sports Betting Market

Regular readers of Gambling911.com learned late last month that long time industry juggernaut BetCRIS had gained access to the U.S. regulated sports betting market by way of Arizona. This news provided a jolt to pretty much everybody in the sector. Nobody - including us - saw this one coming.

Well, Joe Brennan, Jr. of Prime Sportsbook is the lone exception perhaps. He's the one who announced their entry. Brennan Jr's sportsbook utilizes the same software as BetCRIS.

BetCRIS has long employed the model embraced by such sites as Prime Sportsbook, Pinnacle, Circa and BetAmapola: Allowing the best of the best to bet with little in the way of any limiting. In fact, BetCRIS has been doing this since 1986.

Ahead of Sunday's monster Super Bowl (yeah the game was a dud but betting was off the charts), Adam Bjorn of Prime Suspects monitored the ticker to display all the pro action coming in on the big game for both Prime Sportsbook and BetCRIS. Good stuff.

"We had a significant bet coming in on the Chiefs first half points," Bjorn noted. Hopefully, for the bettor's sake at least, that number was ZERO.
