Bookies Behaving Badly Part 16: ‘I’m in Charge! What Do You Want?’

In yet another installment of our series detailing exclusively obtained phone conversations between a rep from LiveSports.ag, we once again see a customer service fail in action.

While we cannot independently detail the circumstances between this particular dispute between player and sportsbook, documented complaints lodged against LiveSports.ag appear on both the OSGA.com and SportsBookReview.com websites.

LiveSports.ag seems to suggest in the phone conversations that the player in question “stole checks” then blamed a neighbor after they were cashed.  The player claims he never received said checks and both parties seem to agree there are still funds in his wagering account maintained by LiveSports.ag.
