Bovada Jackpot Triggers Twice in Three Days

It's been a big week in the world of jackpot wins.  Just the other day, Detroit's Motor City Casino recorded the biggest bad beat jackpot win ever with six  players splitting $427,452.

Now comes word that online gambling site Bovada's jackpot just paid out twice over a three day period.

Bovada Casino's 243-ways-way slot, Reign of Gnomes, paid out Thursday, 17 January, and the recipient of the win was a Connecticut player whose $40 wager resulted in a free spin session gone wild.

In this particular slot game, each free spin gets boosted by a bonus feature, making free spins mode incredibly lucrative. The player managed to accumulate $80,000 in his free spins session, leaving him with a total win of $80,505.

Beyond the supercharged free spin mode, Reign of Gnomes has been gaining traction because the game doesn't have paylines. As long as matching icons land on consecutive reels, starting with the leftmost reel, a payout is in order. That flexibility leads to frequent wins, so when players combine that with the game's popular free spins mode, they get a game with a big payout potential.
