Crash at San Jose Likely to Wreak Havoc on Flights Heading to ICE (VIDEO)
A DHL plane with two people on board has just crashed at San Jose International Airport in Costa Rica.
Countless numbers of operators and affiliate managers were slated to fly out from there to London for the big ICE Affiliate Conference this coming week.
ICE begins April 12 but many were already departing.
Delays were anticipated Thursday as the airport was likely to shut down.
