The legendary Detroit rapper Xzibit has been named as official ambassador for the social casino Spree.

The move follows sweeps casinos Wow Vegas employing socialite Paris Hilton as its brand ambassador, and rapper Drake as the face of Stake.us

Xzibit  is known for his “breakout track Paparazzi from his debut album At the Speed of Life.  It is considered one of Xzibit 's signature songs.

Unlike a real money online casino, sweepstakes - or social casinos - is an online platform that allows users to play casino-style games, including slots, bingo, table games, and even live casino games, using virtual currency instead of real money.   These types of online casinos rely on additional real money purchases once the free play component is exhausted.  In contrast, real money online casinos require a small deposit that can be increased through wins.  Free play and cash bonuses are typically offered as well.

Spree offers a wide variety of casino games including live roulette, blackjack, slots and even a game show component.

Our library of live social casino games here at Spree is jam-packed with everything a player needs. Fan favorites like Playtech’s live casino suite, vibrant slot games from some of the best providers, and even live dealer game shows.

Essentially, if you can think it, you can play it at Spree. The beauty is that it is all completely free to play, with some amazing rewards to be earned.

If Spree is looking to attract players from the Detroit area, that's not happening.  Spree is not available in Michigan due to that state's strict stance against sweepstakes casinos.

The Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB) has repeatedly issued cease-and-desist orders and enforcement actions against unlicensed online gaming operators, including social casinos that incorporate a virtual currency component.
