Bondi Now Suggests Possible Cover Up in Epstein List Release: Betting Markets Still Open
Attorney General Pam Bondi has announced efforts to obtain documents related to the Epstein case from the Southern District of New York (SDNY), which she claims have been withheld.

Bondi has publicly stated intentions to review the documents and plans to fire the individuals responsible for withholding them. Despite her statements, there has been public confusion and criticism regarding the transparency and consistency of her actions and the exact nature of the documents involved.
Last week, Bondi released documents that were either mostly already public knowledge or otherwise heavily redacted.
Some $2 million has been bet on whose name will appear on the Epstein List at Polymarket, with Bill Clinto coming in with around 64% of the bets. Polymarket does not accept bets from within the US.
This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Trump Administration (including any federal court) publicly releases any previously classified, sealed or unreleased files pertaining to the illegal activities of Jeffrey Epstein which contain any mention of the listed individual by June 30, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
Any mention of the listed individual, regardless of if connected to nefarious or illegal activities will qualify.
If the Trump administration releases files which do not contain mention of the listed individual, this market will remain open until the resolution date to allow for additional files to be released.
The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the US government, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
