DraftKings Discontinues Its NFT-based Fantasy NFL Game, Reignmakers
DraftKings has discontinued its NFT-based fantasy NFL game, Reignmakers, and its associated NFT marketplace, citing 'legal developments.' This decision follows a class action lawsuit alleging that the company sold NFTs as unregistered securities, which was allowed to proceed after a court denied DraftKings' motion to dismiss the lawsuit.
