Brooklyn federal court Judge Nicholas Garaufis sentenced Anthony “Little Anthony” Pipitone to the additional time Tuesday after the mob capo was busted for having attended a Christmas party with some Mafia pals.  Pipitone had promised to stay away from the mobster lifestyle as part of his supervised post-prison release.

“The defendant has not given any indication to me that he is willing to extricate himself from the Bonanno family,” the judge said.

Pipitone is listed as an “imprisoned soldier” within the Bonanno family tree.  Authorities have long claimed the family engages in illegal gambling, loansharking, and narcotics.
