Legendz Casino is no longer responsive to emails, claims a customer via the AskGamblers forum.

"I redeemed 500sc to my debit card on Feb. 3rd at 4:15am. It said accepted but it never got deposited I never received it.
"I have contacted them & my bank several times. They said it has been processed on their end & I should of received it.
"They stared to contact my bank & i did. They also stated i could send them a bank statement from that day to the present & i did that. Still nothing. I keeping checking with them through chat & email.
"They have said that it has been sent to the team that deals with that & they will get back with me through email when they look into it. That was Feb. 3rd & now it is Feb. 10th & still nothing. They are no longer relying to emails since I sent them my bank statement."
Triciav101 does say they have since received what appears to be an auto response.
Unlike a real money online casino, which will often pay within a few hours in some cases, sweepstakes casinos utilize what are referred to as gold virtual coins. These are eventually converted into real money.
According to the Legendz website, redemption time won't take more than five business days.
Triclav101 isn't the only person having issues with Legendz Casino.
Coming into March, Gambling911.com has observed quite a few searches coming into the site related to the redemption delays. Again, it is entirely possible that folks are simply getting antsy about the time frame, regardless of whether it is addressed on the Legendz casino or not.
Ivi Smi on TrustPilot writes:
"I won 1900 on 02/02/25 and received payment processed on 02/03/25. The money never made it to my account, I was asked to send bank statements and then no communication from them. Customer service is a waste a time, the situation is vary frustrating. Take your money somewhere else."

"UPDATE: still no redemption and customer service will not respond. They asked for my bank statement and I supplied it. We’re going on over a week now. Please avoid this site at all costs.
"If you would have asked me over a week ago I would have rated this site 5 stars; however, after playing all these months Legendz is refusing to pay my $1500 and customer support is not responding. They asked for my bank statement and I provided it. Why would they start suddenly refusing to pay redemptions? No explanation or nothing. I have played here since the beginning and cashed out way more than that."
