Manhunt Underway for ‘Armed and Dangerous’ Man Following Casino Shooting

Police in Shasta County were on the lookout for an “armed and dangerous” suspect wanted for the shooting of a man in the parking lot of the Win-River Resort & Casino early Monday morning.

Deputies said the suspect is Justin Mulliken, 21 from Anderson, California.

He is accused of shooting Dustin Lloyd, 31, once in the lower abdomen and then fleeing the scene.

Lloyd is currently listed in critical condition.
