Maple Leafs hockey team

The trees have been empty this year in Toronto as the Maple Leafs have fallen on hard times.

Injuries to Matthews and Nylander along with poor defense and goaltending have led to them missing the playoffs for the first time since they drafted Auston Matthews first overall in the 2016 NHL Draft.

Heads have already started to roll in Toronto as GM Brad Treliving was fired on March 30th. Head coach Craig Berube could be next.

The oddsmakers at BetOnline.ag have opened odds for the Leafs next GM and the team is hoping for a sunnier disposition next season (yes a pun was intended).
