A woman has come forward to claim that a former mobster, Salvatore "Sammy the Bull" Gravano, forcibly kissed her, talked about his penis and even threatened her.

The bombshell report first surfaced on the Phoenix New Times website.

The lawsuit was filed by 36-year-old Anna Castaneda, one of ten employees of Gravano's small production company.  She served as producer and administrative assistant to Gravano for much of the past three years.

Gravano owns Debra’s Way along with his wife.

From The Phoenix New Times report:

In her lawsuit against the 80-year-old Gravano, Castaneda claims that he repeatedly behaved inappropriately, to the point of creating a hostile work environment for her and other employees, many of them women. Her complaint alleges that Gravano made racially derogatory comments toward her, stuck his tongue down her throat without her consent on multiple occasions and consistently made sexually explicit comments about sex and his penis, even once exclaiming to Castaneda, “Look how hard my dick is!”

He also allegedly often showed employees nude photos of women on his phone during working hours and had violent outbursts toward female employees, some of whom quit on the spot. Additionally, he allegedly once required Castaneda to collect a sample of his feces from a toilet for a medical test. She says he also kept a gun in his office — which she says he is prohibited from possessing as a convicted felon — and that Gravano once pointed at someone’s head in front of another employee.

“I have thousands of text messages of just, ‘He did this today and he said this today and I don’t want to be alone with him in the office,’” Castaneda told the media outlet.

She also provided incident reports from the Phoenix Police Department.

Gravano has reportedly been trying to pitch a television series about his life, and it's a notorious one at that

As a former underboss of the Gambino Crime Family, Gravano admitted to participating in 19 murders.  He pleaded guilty to multiple racketeering and murder charges in 1991 as part of a cooperation deal.

Gravano helped plan the assassination of Gambino crime boss Paul Castellano.  It is widely considered among the most brazen mob killings in U.S. history.

He also oversaw extortion operations and supervised loan-sharking and illegal gambling aspects of the crime family's business.

In April of 1991, Gravano was arrested along with John Gotti, boss of the Gambino crime family.

Facing life in prison and angry that Gotti was allegedly blaming him on secret FBI tapes, Gravano decided to turn government witness.
