Pereira vs. Gane

Alex Pereira vacated the UFC Light Heavyweight title and Dana White announced today that Jiri Prochazka will take on Carlos Ulberg for the vacant belt, headlining UFC 327.

Additionally, the rumors are swirling that Pereira will step up to heavyweight and fight Ciryl Gane for an interim title.

The oddsmakers at BetOnline.ag have odds for both fights.

Jiri Prochazka                 +105

Carlos Ulberg                 -125

Alex Pereira                    +160

Ciryl Gane                       -185

Meanwhile, Shara Magomedov claims he and Pereira have already talked about a grappling match.  BetOnline does not have odds on this match as of yet.

Magomedov told Red Corner MMA: “We presented Umar Kremlev [IBA President] the idea of my grappling match with Alex Pereira as we have some agreements with him but he has a very important fight scheduled.

“So after this fight our grappling match with Alex Pereira is very possible. Why not? It’s very exciting to see two strikers, two Muay Thai fighters face each other. And I think the fact I was born in Dagestan will help me.”
