The NC State Wolfpack have started the season out fantastic. Gambling911.com analyzes the line and opponent for the Wolfpack's game this week. Live odds can always be found at Americas Bookie here (up to $2500 in welcome bonus money available).
Following a scare against East Carolina in Week 1 where NC State managed to escape with a one-point win, the Wolfpack has been dominating in their last three games. They will undoubtably face their toughest challenge in a game against Clemson this week.
NC State @ Clemson
The line on this game was moving between Tigers -6.5 and -7. We've arrived at a number of 7.43, indicating an accurate line here.
While the Wolfpack did win the last meeting playing at home, Clemson has dominated the series over the previous eight games. The Tigers also had a rare off season in 2021.
Both teams are 4-0 Straight Up while the Wolfpack are 2-2 Against The Spread and Clemson is 1-3 ATS.
How big a matchup will this one be?
Wolfpack coach Dave Doeren says it's the biggest in his 10 seasons with the team.
"It's two top 10 teams competing on a national stage," Doeren said. "That's why we do this. The kids have worked hard. The staff has worked hard, and we expected to be in this position. We expected to be 4-0 going into Clemson. We look forward to playing a great team."
There is a bit of a comparable game in terms of the line movement with Cincinnati +6.5 moving to +7 versus Arkansas a few weeks ago. This one was won by the home favorite Razorbacks. They also covered the spread, though this was a push for some. Here, however, the wrong team was favored and there was as much as a 7-point overlay as a result.
