Steelers @ Browns Week 3 Player Prop Bets
The Pittsburgh Steelers opened as a +3.5 road dog in Cleveland and have moved to a +5.5 dog with the number dropping back down to +4 by Wednesday evening in what is an especially fluid line. This one had yet to hit 3 or 6.
The Power Ratings have Cleveland at 1.86, giving us an overlay of 1.5 to 3.5.
Pittsburgh will once again come into this game with injuries.
So far, all four games that have hit 5.5 while remaining under the number 6 have resulted in the dog covering.
This line was staying closer to the 3, and the dog has covered in three of five staying just above that number.
Perhaps the best comparison game to look at would be the LA Chargers as a +3.5 to +4.5 in Kansas City where the road dog Chargers covered with a KC win by 3 points, a half point below the line. In this one we had an overlay of between 1 to 1.5.
Another comparison game might be Jacksonville covering as a dog and winning at home last week as the +3 to +4 dog against Indianapolis. There was slightly higher overlay of between 3 and 4 points here.
Pittsburgh has won the last two games. Using the current spread, they have covered in three of the last four. The Steelers defense also should have the edge in this one.
Currently Gambling911.com has a lean on Pittsburgh in this one at +5.5. The Steelers were seeing 70% of the overnight action on Wednesday, hence the line falling again.
