The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City has suspended a number of security guards after they were filmed tackling a female to the ground near an elevator.
The person filming the incident claimed the person being subdued was her mother.
"They are hurting my mom," the individual can be heard shouting.
“The safety and well-being of our guests are our highest priorities,” the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino said in a statement Saturday. “After reviewing the video, we have decided to suspend all of the involved security team members while we conduct a further comprehensive investigation.
“We have also contacted the guest in an effort to resolve this unfortunate situation,” added the casino in the statement.
Camillia Williams, 37, of Philadelphia, was tackled to the ground near the casino’s guest elevators, according to local police.

The video was posted to TikTok by a woman named Samirah, who identified herself as Williams’ daughter.
A total of five security officers confronted Williams after she became disruptive inside the casino, according to the Atlantic City Police Department. Officers responded to the resort around 1:30 a.m. Thursday, after Hard Rock reported the disturbance, police said.
The mother and daughter were returning to their room to retrieve their belongings when the guards approached the woman and began tackling her to the ground, according to Samirah.
Williams was treated at a hospital for injuries sustained in the confrontation, according to Samirah.
Williams was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, according to police. She was released with a court date.
The casino has not said how many security guards have been suspended over the incident.
