NBA Finals: Pacers vs. Thunder

The total we've seen shoot up from 222.5 to 225.0 with greater than 65% of the early action on the Over.

70% of the money was being bet on the Pacers early at +9.5.  It's interesting to note that the number has moved off the 9.

With two of the smaller NBA markets playing one another, ratings are down from previous finals but don't tell that to the sportsbooks.  Some $323 million has been wagered on this series thus far at Kalshi.

Game 1 had a frantic Indiana comeback and a Haliburton buzzer-beater. Game 2 saw Oklahoma City do what it has done in the majority of games all season: take full control early and roll to a win. Game 3 in Indiana had the Pacers' bench fueling a win. And Game 4 saw the MVP do MVP things, with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scoring 15 points in the final five minutes to carry the Thunder to a comeback win.

Add it up, and it's Thunder 2, Pacers 2. The Thunder are outscoring the Pacers by 3.3 points per game; the Pacers are outshooting the Thunder by 1.4%. It's only the third time in the last 15 years that the finals have had all that through four games — 2-2 tie, 3.3-point differential or less, shooting within 1.4% of each other. Golden State-Boston had it in 2022, and Dallas-Miami had it in 2011.

We are on the Thunder tonight at -9.5.

NHL Stanley Cup Final

The Florida Panthers opened as a -144 home favorite for Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Final with action balanced early.

Brad Marchand is making more highlights for his new team, Sam Bennett is piling up the goals again and the Florida Panthers are on the verge of hoisting the Stanley Cup for the second year in a row.

Marchand scored twice, Bennett had his playoff-leading 15th goal and the Panthers beat the Edmonton Oilers 5-2 in Game 5 of the final on Saturday night to take a 3-2 series lead.
