This story began to go viral late Thursday afternoon. An unidentified woman from Tennessee has filed a lawsuit against MGM Grand in Las Vegas claiming she was sexually assaulted during a massage at the MGM Grand Spa and Salon in Las Vegas. The incident allegedly occurred in September of 2024 while the accuser stayed at the MGM Grand with her husband. The woman says she had received massages in the past from from massage therapist Steven Thomas without issue and specifically requested him for the appointment. The lawsuit alleges she fell asleep during the massage and woke up to “repeated digital penetration” by Thomas. She alleges she left the room and reported the assault to spa staff.
