OAKLAND PARK, Fla. (Gambling911.com) - Friday's coverage of the Texas Senate race here at Gambling911.com went absolutely viral as we reported on Republican Ken Paxton's one point lead in a Quantus Insights poll, which, we should point out, failed to move the odds in his favor.
A CNN released a poll had Democrat James Talarico up 7 points just a day earlier. That is well outside the margin of error.
The odds still favor Talarico, who comes in priced at -260 Saturday afternoon, compared to Paxton promising a payout of $200 for every $100 bet with a win.
Talarico's odds moved up nearly three quarters of a point over the last 48 hours on Friday but ticked ever so slightly down on Saturday.

In the Kansas Senate race, it seems like just yesterday Democratic candidate Adam Hamilton was a pretty decent sized underdog to win. Fast forward a few weeks and Hamilton is now the -135 favorite to win over Republican Roger Marshall. Hamilton was up three points in a recently released Emerson poll. A Washington Post survey had him up 10 points but the pollsters admit that this one did have a Democratic lean.
Kansas, South Carolina and Nebraska have produced some of the most noteworthy new polling numbers over the last 24 hours.
BetOnline still has Republican Pete Ricketts as a -325 favorite and Independent Dan Osborn promising a $250 win on every $100 bet to win the Nebraska Senate race.
They still have GOP candidate Darline Graham favored to win South Carolina at -275. Annie Andrews (D) pays $200 for every $100 bet.
Polling Shifts Last 24 Hours
South Carolina Senate Patinkin, Oct. 31 Andrews 48%, Graham 43% — Andrews +5
Nebraska Senate NYT/Siena, Oct. 31 Ricketts 49%, Osborn 43% — Ricketts +6
Texas Senate Quantus, Oct. 30 Paxton 49%, Talarico 48% — Paxton +1
Alaska Senate Alaska Survey Research, Oct. 31 Peltola 48%, Sullivan 46% — Peltola +2
be graded any time soon as that state's governor has hinted at a prolonged wait period prior to certification due to the vote stacking controversy tied to another Dan Sullivan appearing on the ballot and Democratic operatives reportedly behind the scheme.

Updates on the Polymarket Breach
1. Polymarket confirmed $2.7 million was stolen. The company is returning another $1.2 million to cover losses related to forced position sales and the trading suspension.
2. 95% of affected wallets had been fully refunded as of its October 30 update. Polymarket says eligible wallets were identified automatically, without requiring claims.
3. The attack exploited a compromised third-party monitoring script. Security researchers identified DebugBear as the provider. Malicious JavaScript used active trading sessions to sell positions and transfer assets.
4. Polymarket has reset active login sessions and removed the compromised script. It says it is introducing stronger controls over third-party scripts.
5. Law enforcement is investigating. The attacker has not been publicly identified as of Saturday.
