After 18 years, the Baltimore Ravens fired head coach John Harbaugh.

Then came the firing of Mike McDaniel in Miami. 

The firing of McDaniel comes after he had met with reporters Monday and said he would be part of the team's interviews to hire a new general manager.  But that was before the Harbaugh news.
