TopBet Downgraded Following $1188 Payout Complaint

September 16, 2016 – TopBet Sportsbook has been downgraded by the bookmaking grading website SportsbookReview.com. The site grades on an A to F scale and has lowered Manila-based TopBet from a C- to D+.  The downgrade comes as a result of a reported $1188 payout complaint whereby a player has been waiting over a month for his funds.  In the past, TopBet has resolved complaints to players satisfaction.  TopBet’s operation in the Philippines is especially concerning as that country’s President has declared war on the online gambling sector.
