It's still too early to tell if the Golden State Warriors are doomed this season, though an epic six game slide is worrisome to be sure.

The Warriors six game losing streak is hard to fathom considering they lost five of those at home.  Golden State has squandered quite an opportunity here.  Granted the competition was solid (all the losses were to teams above them on the Sagarin Ratings).

The Warriors are either bad or they'll have a bone to pick against a team (Houston) that is ranked well below them on Sagarin.  Golden State comes in with a number of 91.73 plus home court advantage.

We get a number of Warriors 5.56 with the line opening at -7.5.  That's a two-point overlays but we'd note that overlays thus far above the 5 have performed well for the favorite.

The Warriors already beat Houston by 11 points on the road back on October 29.

During the regular season last year from January on against .500 or under teams, Golden State wins by 8 or more points at home were 9-6.

Andrew Wiggins went 5 of 8 on 3-pointers as he scored a season-high 31 points for Golden State at home against Oklahoma City their last game.  They did manage to take that one into overtime.

Star player Stephen Curry was out for two of the games during this current losing streak.  He finished with 25 points Saturday night.
