Harry Kane pays out $500 to score the first goal in the match between England and France Saturday and $125 for every $100 bet to score an anytime goal.
Kane scored six goals in this year's World Cup.
He captained England to the semifinals, where the Three Lions led Argentina 1-0 before conceding twice late in a heartbreaking 2-1 defeat.
Kane also continued to cement his legacy as England's all-time leading goalscorer, taking his World Cup career tally to 14 goals across three tournaments.
It appeared as if they were heading to the final with only a few minutes left in regulation and ahead of Argentina before the latter came back from behind and scored two goals.
"We're gutted for the boys, gutted for everyone, the team, the staff, the fans," Kane said after that loss.
"We played a good game for the large majority of it. When we went 1-0 up, we tried to hold on, but it wasn't enough.
"Disappointing from us. We have defended games better and seen them out. When you get that close to the World Cup final, that hurts.
"It's been an extremely successful era of our national team. Of course, we want to get over the line. That is the missing piece now."
