For five days they have told me they would just approve it very soon and for five days they have done absolutely nothing have now quit responding to my tickets and live chat they won't let me connect I've been at the next person to be helped for thirty mins and all the sudden get a macro email about my inquiry and no one ever responded in chat and has just let my live chat bullshit and say I'm up next for ever. I have had two friends cash out within 36 hours now both redemptions were after minr and there's have already finalized They both had there approval from the site in hours. They are refusing to give me an approval and acting less or it's normal process when it's obviously not and one of there customer service people even said this is abnormal that most there's go through within 24 hours but they still refuse to give an approval or any information why they are holding my redemption hostage under there bs. Blanket of policy. Worst online casino redemption I have ever had to deal with and absolutely worst customer service out there I have ply and redeemed from probably twenty sites at least and this is the first one I have been toyed with, mocked and lied to day after day.
