Overtook Payout Odds to Win the Belmont Stakes

Overtook would offer a payout potential of $200 on every $10 bet with a win at the Belmont Stakes.

Overtook's last two races were 3rd and 2nd place finishes at the Peter Pan and Withers, respectively.

He is owned by Mike Repole and one of three horses trained by Todd Pletcher.

“There's a hole in my resume, and it's the Belmont Stakes,” Repole said. “I've probably said it fifteen years ago when I had just entered the game and was winning claiming races that I'd rather win the Belmont than the Kentucky Derby. And now, 15 years later, I'm still looking.”
