Prospective Odds to Win the Kentucky Derby

Prospective odds to win the 2012 Kentucky Derby were coming in at 33/1 at Bookmaker, a name you have trusted since 1985, is also offering up to $2500 in FREE CASH and 8 percent back on losses to qualified customers.

Only three winners have come out of the number 12 post position in the Kentucky Derby’s history.

Prospective managed to win the Tampa Bay Derby, a Grade 2 race, but then went on to finish 6th at the Blue Grass, a Grade 1 race.   Trainer Mark Casse claimed after that race that Prospective has never favored synthetic tracks.  Why race him on synthetic then?

He has earned lower speed records with his competition in past races questionable.  None of this bodes well for Prospective.

“He’s a pretty lazy horse, and he likes to sleep a lot,” said assistant trainer Norman Casse. “But out on the track he appreciates what he does.”

Not Gambling911.com’s idea of a true Kentucky Derby contender.
