The newest version of the Internet Protocol IPv6 is just like the original Bitcoin—now in the form of the BSV blockchain—in that it’s all about scaling and delivering on the promise of true P2P transactions, Bitcoin creator Dr. Craig Wright tells the GBC22 audience in Dubai.

Dr. Craig Wright's direct goal has been delivering IP-to-IP micropayment over the Internet embedded at the TCP/IP level.

Below he discusses his vision.

Paxful Collapses

Another one bites the dust, this time the popular peer-to-peer exchange with 1.5 million Nigerian users Paxful.

It announced the suspension of operations and would not commit to resuming them.

"This will probably come as a big shock to many," said CEO Ray Youssef. "While I cannot share the full story now, I can say that we unfortunately have had some key staff departures."

Youssef made it a point to tweet out that he won’t withdraw his Bitcoin until all users on Paxful do.

We'll believe it when we see it.  Whether all customers are able to retrieve their crypto remains to be seen.

Paxful suspended the trading of ether on the marketplace.
