Last Friday, MLB insider Buster Olney delivered the apparent "lock" of the offseason, saying that there is a 100% chance that Juan Soto will be traded before the start of the 2024 campaign.

The real question is...will that loan the Padres took out will be included in the trade?

Ok, maybe the real question is where is Soto headed? There are trade odds for the other 31 teams below, and the usual suspects can be found at the top of the heap.

Additionally, there has been some notable movement in the Shohei Ohtani "next team" odds. Just six days ago, the Cubs had 20/1 odds but now they are second behind the Dodgers with 3/1 odds.

Our shop reports that those two teams have taken the most action over the last seven months when the market was initially opened.

The World Series champion Texas Rangers have seen the third-highest volume in terms of handle, going from 33/1 on March 6 to 9/1, currently.

The Giants have gone from 20/1 to 6/1 in the Ohtani sweepstakes.

Baseball News

Chris Paddack Player Prop Bets

Paddack recorded 10 strikeouts over seven shutout innings on Monday in a win over the White Sox. Prior to that start, Paddack was obliterated by the Orioles, allowing nine runs on 12 hits in 5 1/3 innings.

Zach Eflin Player Prop Bets

Zach Eflin has great value in fantasy leagues for the April 26 game against the lowly Chicago White Sox.  Betting on Eflin and the Tampa Bay Rays might make sense if not for the -210 price tag.

Trevor Williams Player Prop Bets

The Nats Trevor Williams held the Astros to one run with four strikeouts across six innings in a no-decision on Saturday.  And the betting public was eating him up at a near 80% clip.
