Julian Alvarez: Next Club Betting Odds
  • Julian Alvarez next club odds were among the most in demand following the conclusion of this year's FIFA World Cup.

  • Atletico and Barcelona both come in as favorites at 2-1 odds.

OAKLAND PARK, Fla. (Gambling911.com) — Julian Alvarez next club betting odds were in high demand with some sites reporting over $100,000 in betting volume.

The odds are competitive with both Atletico and Barcelona the co-favorites at around 2-1 each

Alvarez is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a forward for La Liga club Atlético Madrid and the Argentina national team. Considered to be one of the best strikers in the world, he is known for his goalscoring ability, movement, pressing, versatility, and link-up play.

In the quarter-final against Switzerland in this year's FIFA World Cup, Alvarez was named Man of the Match after scoring a decisive second goal with an outside-the-box curler in a 3–1 victory following extra time.

Alvarez generated one tackle (one won), one clearance and one interception in Sunday's 1-0 defeat against Spain.

Barcelona has set a July 31 deadline for Atlético Madrid to accept their €100 million transfer offer for Julián Álvarez. While Álvarez has expressed a desire to leave Atlético, the Madrid club is currently refusing to sell him and has told him to report for pre-season training by August 10.
